how does the 250 MB monthly free quota work?+
every successful clean adds the file's size to your usage for the current calendar month (UTC). you can clean any number of files — small or large — until the total hits 250 MB. on the 1st of every month the counter resets to zero. cancelled or failed jobs don't count.
what happens when I hit the monthly limit?+
you can either wait until the 1st of next month for the free quota to reset, or top up at $1/GB to keep cleaning right away. paid credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.
do credits expire?+
no. credits stay on your account until you use them.
what payment methods?+
all major cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). no crypto, no invoices yet.
can I clean multiple TMs at once?+
the self-serve UI is one TMX at a time today. enterprise customers get bulk cleaning — drop a whole folder of TMXs at once, get either one merged + cross-deduped output or per-file cleaned outputs in a single zip. ask via /contact?topic=enterprise to set this up for your team.
can I rank my trusted translators so their variants win duplicates?+
yes — every plan includes priority-author ranking. inside the cleanup-rules panel (Custom rules → REMOVE → duplicates card) there's an ordered list where you add changeids of translators whose variants should win when duplicates conflict. priority overrides Popular / Latest for any group where a priority author has a variant; everywhere else falls back to your default. your senior in-house translator beats three freelancers — even if the freelancers' variant is more 'popular' in the file. account-bound rosters across jobs are coming in v2 once we have usage data.
what cleanup options are included?+
every plan ships the same engine: three named presets (Lenient / Balanced / Strict) one-clicking eleven options each, plus eight individually-toggleable classifiers — duplicates, junk, untranslated, MT-flagged, length outliers (in both directions), placeholder mismatch, mojibake, and brand-term-translated. plus priority-author ranking, brand / DNT lock, author + date filters, junk-keep overrides, and TSV export.
what if a clean fails?+
your slot or paid credit is automatically refunded. you don't pay for failed jobs.
is my data safe?+
your original upload is hard-deleted the moment processing finishes; download bundles expire 24h later. uploads use signed one-time URLs. xml is parsed defusedxml-first to neutralize XXE. see the how-it-works page for the full security posture.
